Animals are highly sensitive to scent, and their size, age and individual condition all matter. These formulas were created to make botanical care easier to work into appropriate animal routines, without treating every species the same.

The collection is not dog-only. Selected formulas may also fit routines for horses and certain farm animals.
Use the amount directed for the animal and formula. More is not better when working with essential oils.
Zilara's pet collection is intended for appropriate use with dogs, horses and certain larger farm animals. The older Alexandria Brighton animal-care guidance also addressed animals such as cows, goats and sheep, with use adjusted for size and tolerance.
That broader approach matters here. This is an animal-care collection, not a dog-only shelf.
These essential oil blends are not intended for the following animals. Please do not assume that a formula appropriate for a dog, horse or larger animal is appropriate for every species.

Essential oils require a different level of care with animals than with people. Follow the directions for the specific formula and keep application simple and intentional.

Keep formulas away from eyes, muzzle, nostrils, inside ears, mouth and genital areas.
Use the product as directed and pay attention to size, age, condition and tolerance.
